Academic Qualification Standards

    Academic Grades: Requires an SSC & HSC GPA of 4.00 or above.

    Study Gap Limits: Maximum academic break of 2 to 3 years is permitted depending on the university.

    Language Baseline: IELTS is optional, though specific tracks require between 4.00 to 5.5 bands.

Admission Process

Application Timeline & Primary Materials

Initial applications must be submitted ahead of March/April deadlines. Provisional certificates are valid for the application phase only.

    Valid Passport copy and 5 copies of passport photos with white backgrounds.

    Applicant’s National ID (NID), complete academic certificates, and transcripts.
  • ➤
    Parents’ National ID cards alongside an official Family Certificate.

Visa Process

DHL Hardcopy Submission & Notarization

Processing Timeline: 3 to 4 months. Original certificates are mandatory for DHL physical submission. Documents must be translated and legally notarized.

    Notarized IDs (Self/Parents), passport copies, and translated birth & family documents.
  • ➤
    Notarized original academic certificates, official transcripts, and verified Apostle copies.
  • ➤
    Financial Profiles: TIN, translated Trade License, Tax Return (Min 5,000 BDT), and Acknowledgement.
  • ➤
    Official bank financial statement verifying comprehensive solvency over the last 6 consecutive months.

After Visa

Post-Approval Balances & Contingencies

Following formal embassy visa approval, the remaining balance of logistics and administrative fees settle.

  • ➤
    Success Service Charge: 1,30,000 BDT due strictly following verified visa issuance (Total fee 1,40,000 BDT minus the 10,000 BDT initial file opening fee).
  • ➤
    Airfare Contingency: Budget approximately 50,000 BDT to 70,000 BDT based on schedule patterns.
